When displaying our tour prices we have excluded international flights from your home country in all our packages, we have included all internal flights if they are listed in the tour. .

The price of our tours does not include Visa Fees although for some destinations we can help arrange the Visa at discounted prices.

We run a selection of group tours and if you are a single traveler we welcome you to join the group. There will be a room supplement which we will subsidize if you are looking for a private room. If you are willing to share with another traveler and there is another traveler able to share with you on the group we won’t charge any supplement.

Transport will be arranged with private air-conditioned vehicles and when on a tailored-made tour train travel will be in private cabin.

All our trips are tailor-made and we can arrange tours from a few days to a month or longer. For shorter tours have a look at our short excursions for some inspiration or contact us.

What is not included in our tour packages?

Accommodation is normally based on 2 people sharing a room if you have a child or are a family we can tailor the price to include an extra bed or family room if required.

All activities, sightseeing and visits listed in the itinerary are included in the price and there will be no extra charges during the trip.

Airport Transfers are included in the price; if you are arriving a few days before the trip is due to start we can certainly arrange the transfer for you!

Some meals are included in our packages and these will be confirmed to you.

International departure taxes where they are not included in the ticket and payable at the airport

Excess Baggage charges by the airline
Any personal Expenses such as laundry, room service, drinks or phone calls.
